ruthy48 It's just amazing!! 😁 😁 It's played in our house at least once a day, it's become like a naturally occurring phenomenon 👌👌
There's not a single bit we don't like or track we skip, like with so many other bands either.
Also absolutely love our t-shirts and can't wait to see what Ihlo come up with next! 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 Oh! Love the Reanimate video too guys, well done to everyone involved! 😁 😁 💖💖💖💖💖 Favorite track: Hollow.

chrisbeckwith1964 Parhelion is a modern Prog masterpiece, and shows that you can have an epic, emotional song that is under 10 minutes. The vocal range of Andy Robison shines on this track, along with Phil Monro's guitar mastery and Clark McMenemy's powerful drumming. The production and mastering is not at all what I would expect from a first release from a new band, but rather a polished gem. Favorite track: Parhelion.

progamusicalenigma The album is truly a masterpiece. Ihlo have carved out their own space in music that conveys raw emotion using melodic synth and ambience, paired with intense vocals that can reduce you to tears. Favorite track: Triumph.

Union 06:07
Consuming fear is part of the equation Your reckless days are the cause of their creation Waves delayed, the greys change And I could go anyway Encased in skin too fragile for your purpose Emotions crumbling, falling from the surface Waves delayed, the greys change And I could go anyway Grey decayed, the waves change And I could go anyway So come what may You’ll see tomorrow It’s okay to fall apart you’ll see We’ll take our bones and start again You’ll never have to search the stars alone Pale and grey, the waves have changed I thought I’d know, when you’d fade Out of phase, our bodies dissipate But I could go anyway Bring us union Tear our hearts out From the centre Of our spirit

Reanimate 05:31
(Eyes that watch the stars fall) I'm losing my sight, surroundings fade (Hands that break spirit walls) Aggression endures, a twist of fate (Thoughts that lead to disgrace) A kingdom collapsed under the weight (Called into this new place) Plateau in the clouds, we've earned these chains The chamber comes alive, Sparks fly, defying the elements, Faults show, Erasing the image Could she be a part of the problem A dream world lost up high, Death near, devoid of solution, Pain grows, attacking the system Is this not the point of letting go? Time after time We both tried to appear so Empty to disguise our lies An Eclipse of the sun, reanimate, regain control We've come too late to sing, and now the universe can cry A tear across the sky, Stars die, the night is awakened, Crossfade, another existence Are we changing the melodies in the Gateway's cosmic signs, Restart, we're crossing the line again, Unknown cries from the other side Have we gone too far to stop the change? Time after time We both tried to appear so Empty to disguise our lies Tell me what it was you wanted To fade away? We'll fade away Forever alive
3.
Starseeker 07:33
Today, I have seen The endless reach of the mirror Hunted for all my life I should have stayed away from you Inside, questioning that day, I couldn't bring myself to go It's too late to take what's been said, I guess we'll have to start again I caught the moonlight that was falling from your eyes The colour fades away, it's showing me the stories that you hide Starseeker Moonchaser But after all we've seen I feel it's for the best Count the scars on me, it seems there's not a simple way to rest Skyhunter It's over The words escape me, just how broken I can feel I'm tired of waiting for someone else to save you It's time to break apart the shell And piece together the broken heart and mind Save the memories, don't forget I caught the moonlight that was falling from your eyes The colour fades away, it's showing me the stories that you hide Starseeker Moonchaser But after all we've seen I feel it's for the best Count the scars on me, it seems there's not a simple way to rest Skyhunter It's over The words escape me, just how broken I can feel The sky's alive with you, your sun has gone with me Tears in your eyes and I am Calling you to me We're Born to die and yet we make the darkest light shine We die alone
4.
Hollow 06:58
Cold again, fading in Caressed by the pain But I'm not done yet I'll come alive and pull it together The minute you say you need this from me Take that moment, reach back to that day You'll find me again Broken by the night Aggravated to the sight We are lost among the roots The echoes in our head So take that moment, reach back to that day Find that feeling deep inside the grey Controlling, confined and cold again Over and over again Lost in the haze we pretend It's more than we are Don't go there Don't leave me behind On the inside
5.
Triumph 04:54
So you've found your calling, break down the line So you've found your right to stand down, break down the line Standing in triumph You feel alive Your sun's gone with me Fading out
6.
Parhelion 07:26
Paradigm controlling me Systematic sharp refrain (We're still waiting for the dawn) Coloured by uncertainty Hiding away It's all I know Take away The heart of something that you hate It's never been too late Come alive And you'll be home again You see, you're something to me Weighing me down Paralyzed by comfort Breathing out I'm sinking in To the ground Below Take away The heart of something that you hate It's never been too late Come alive And you'll be home again My sun burns bright I'm home again
7.
Coalescence 15:14
Colliding together The colour lost all shade Pillars rising Broken and decayed Facing down the root of your dismay Alone It hurts to know that I came so close to the edge To find you weren’t there Hands bound you walked away Somewhere else in time Wait Suspecting the worst memeories make us run And we try to stay alone But it gets worse to hear the melody that’s running through your head We are stuck in our ways The pain that we wish to own Rest assured it’s a lie Go your own way There’s always something to say Colliding with the comfort of the grey Let go of them, the tie that bind you to home Know that I Came so close to the edge To find you were there with me Hand in hand we walked away Somewhere else in time Wait Suspecting the worst memories make us run And we try to be alone But it gets worse to hear the melody that’s running through your head We are stuck in our ways The pain that we wish to own Rest assured it’s a lie I realised there's nothing left in me The poison in my head has taken root And I'M SORRY to say I've taken a stand Said all I can Burnt by the flame And there's nothing left in me [Apology Sequence]
